How to Practice GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B

A classroom-ready drill for the two return workflows every GST student must be able to open under time pressure.

Steps

  1. Unlock the GST module. Purchase a student plan or receive an institute seat grant so GST practice is active on Your Access.
  2. Open the returns dashboard. Enter the GST simulation and navigate to the returns area the same way you would orient yourself on a live portal.
  3. Complete one outward-supply style practice path. Walk a GSTR-1 oriented practice flow with demo invoices — focus on navigation, not perfect tax law answers.
  4. Complete one summary-return style practice path. Walk a GSTR-3B oriented practice flow, then reset and re-run both paths until the clicks feel automatic.

Is this the same as filing on gst.gov.in?
